If i want my emulation to go slower sould i turn it on or off????

Turn it on then it will not go faster then 50 or 60 FPs:)

This should be enabled by default since it sync the speed so that it doesn't go too fast. Disable if you want to make it go faster. This can be used like frame-skip.
