Project64 and Voodoo3

Can I load roms with Project64 with my Voodoo3? There is an graphic plugin with that I can load roms with Prject64?

yes you can use jabo's plugin(the default) with a voodoo 3 and it will give good results, but you have to apply some tricks, like DirectControl or force install V4/5 drivers.
and there is also a glide plugin get it here (http://www.emuxhaven.net/~glide64/).
