Can I get poject64 work well with a ati rage 128 16mb?
Is there a plugin or a configuration that works well?



My specs are
PIII 500
128 Mb Ram
Ati rage 128 16 mb AGP
Soundblaster 128 PCI
w98
EdgeBlade

I think he's asking if anyone out there has used this configuration. I haven't used a Rage 128 but I tried to use a Rage Pro and got some graphic errors. You might wanna go to atitech.com and see if they've got any beta drivers that are better than your current ones.

Okay, I guess the card works, but it not very good.
First off, the old ATI cards are crap.
Second, 16 mb ram on the card is not much. Get one with 64 mb.

I am not sure about the rage 128, but i have a mate that is running it on a Rage 128 pro with 32mb RAM it runs ok.
but if you ask me you can't go wrong with the Radeon 8500 64MB Ram which i have:)

The readme files detail what type of system you should have. And you will find you may need to upgrade more than just the video card.

If you want to use an ATi card you should use anything from new Radeons or above.
