Midway Arcade Treasures 3

I wonder how they programmed MAT3? They probably didn't use the rom images themselves. R2049 and Hydrothunder were from the Sega DC version on XBOX.

I wonder why the GCN version has a date of Oct. 24?

Hopefully cruisin usa will be unlockable, probably not?
