first questions: is there a faq that i can read "for dummies" to show what each functions does? for example PLEASE help me i just want to play THAWK2 at a better speed PJ64 plays it the best for me but HOW DO I SPEED IT UP A DROP?

my specs:

P3
500MHZ
768MB RAM
ATI "All In Wonder" 32 mb AGP


am i sh_t out of luck cause my system is too slow or is there a way to get it to play better?

yes, it is called the help file.

i think you will never get full speed with these specs.

what setting tweaks the speed in pj64? is there such a setting that i can play around with?

where can i learn about getting a n64 contoller and hooking it upto my pc?

BOTTOMLINE: i am reading through all this stuff and i feel a little dumb becasue i dont understand alot of it but i am haging in! The burning question i have (which i cant find an answer for in any FAQ) is why would THAWK1 run fine and fast in 1964 and THAWK2 in 1964 wont run at all and in PJ64 THAWK2 runs a little slow? WHY? There isnt any setting i can adjust that might help my cause?

try upgrading to at least to a 900mhz or 1ghz amd athlon or pentium III (i suggest amd athlon since its cheaper and has better performance)

athlon is NOT as good as a PIII not to mention better ( it is better then a PIV though )
besides, PJ64 was optimized for a PIII
