What directx version you got? You'll need directx 9 it can be downloaded at www.microsoft.com/directx.

You need to download the file from here (http://whinecube.emulation64.com/) and put it in the main Whinecube folder.

Guys, let me tell you that because of internal problems with windows xp sp2 or later, no matter how many times you try to update directx 9.0b to direct x 9.0c it will not work.

To my knowledge, the file is merely a static library included DX9 SDK that is not part of the standard DirectX.
