Ok, this is at a good speed, but it seems to block out some sounds
and some colours are different. Is there any way to restore these?

Rice's plugin causes some issues when used with PJ64 like with the sound. Also, it stutters a bit too (at least for me). But when using it with 1964, these problems are solved, so try switching to 1964 along with Rice's Video.

Also, the latest Mupen64 with Rice Video 5.4.3 and Azimer's newest HLE audio plugin should yeild near perfect results, as it does with my PC. This combination works extremely good for me, with none of the sounds missing OR graphics glitches.
