Please let me know, im have searched for 2 days!!! and no progres...well the only progres i had was using the emulator dreamemu 003 but only showed me 1 FRAME!! only 1 IMAGE!!

Unfortunately there is no Dreamcast emulator that can run Gauntlet Legends.

Gauntlet Legends runs in MAME - slowly ;) (i get around 5 - 12 fps)

what file i have to put on roms folder? gauntlet legends.iso? or the iso file descompressed?

You'd need the MAME version I would assume and not the Dreamcast version.
