This program has to exist....

You know how when you're using SNES9x and you go to open a ROM, it gives you the filename along with a "Description"? Well my question is, is there a program out there that allows you to edit this ROM Description? I have this feeling that this type of program exists, but I've had no luck finding such a thing.

[EDIT:] Sorry... guess I didn't do enough research before I posted. I found the program I was looking for... it's called SNES Explorer and can be downloaded here, in case anyone else was interested
