Kega Fusion 3.4 Window Size

Reading the readme.txt it says ..

VIDEO menu

From here you can select (seperately) the Window size (for Windowed Mode)
and the Resolution (for FullScreen Mode). The options available will depend
on your system.

These options are not there... id like to have the window bigger then the default as its pretty small .. can anyone help?
