.ace?

I'm very new to this whole emulation and rom thing, so bear with me. I own a copy of Turok: Rage Wars and I want to play it on my computer. So I downloaded a Rage Wars file, but it is in .ace file format and I don't know what to do with it. Can some one please help me and tell me what to do? Thank you!
