Well, they have an e-mail adress and they can visit the forums anytime if they have something to say. Anyone can contract them if he wishes.
The question is... Shall they reply? Or even better... Why should they reply?

Yeah, they arent going to be doing anything specific for the benefit of one user, its up to them as the developers to make updates as they see fit. I cant imagine how much work would be involved in making a dreamcast emulator.
