The Tutorial(s) is not on how to actually make them this is more on how to install them but the majority of people will ignore this thread if I put install tutorial.

Right now I only have a cheat tutorial for Project 64 but in time I will add more. Plus, if you have a tutorial to add feel free to pm me and I will add it for you with credit.

:pj64: Tutorial:
How do I edit PJ64 to put in codes?
Open your PJ64 folder and find the file labeled "Project64.cht". "Project64.cht" is the file that hosts all the cheats for all the games.

What do I use to open the file?
You will have to choose the program to use as Windows will have no idea what to use. So choose select program and then open it with either Notepad or WordPad. I would reccomend Wordpad as it keeps the paragraph formatting as it should be viewed which is easier to navigate. Although, it doesn't really matter.

Where do I put the codes at?
First you will have to find the game in the list. Now, copying the style of the previous codes you will enter your cheat information.
Example: F-Zero X
Cheat1="Infinite Lives",800E5ED9 0005

Where do I find new codes?
N64 Gameshark - United States - http://www.gscentral.com/codes.pl?dev=gs&sys=n64
N64 Gameshark - Japan - http://www.gscentral.com/codes.pl?dev=ar&sys=n64jap
N64 Gameshark - Europe - http://www.gscentral.com/codes.pl?dev=ar&sys=n64uk

I hope this tutorial has helped you in some way. I will edit this in the future, when time permits.

Cheats can already be edited in the GUI plus there's a cheat site dedicated to this from the pj64 cheats group: http://www.pj64cheats.net
