I am under the impresion that dolphin does not have any save capabilities but are there plans for some or for using code from say dolwin (i think dolwin can save) or another emu that has them

I don't think they are now looking forward to emulate "perfect" (of what you can think of) the games... then they will put the memory cards, thing that we don't need now...Bye

i think (correct me if i'm wrong)
that they trying to emulate the games first, then the memory cards
but as F|RES said in previews post
"it is relative easy to port the memory-card emulation of dolwin to dolphin. But there are no plans to do this in the near future."
so i don't think that we will be seeing memory cards for now
but better compatability and that's what i'm waiting for

I am almost sure. There was a topic ( I don' remember name :P) Where was first preety Wind Waker screenshot and yaz0r said he "added memory card but it probaldy won't be inclued" and then ector said "they probady will be inculed".

I think you're halucinating. I done a search in the dolphin forum for all posts made by yaz0r. Only 3 threads came up.

I checked the 2 zelda threads. I believe you're referring to the one with full textures? No way i'm checking the screenshots thread it's way too large.

Dogg... sorry the one alucinating here it's you... i can remember for SURE that ector said that... now let's come again... it's a memory card... something which saves the progress of the game... something very good for the time beign.. but useless, because you can only save it INGAME( no with a button, i presume) ... for sure it's difficult to emulate :P , well ok, good luck to all.

Ps: in the post that ector said it said : " we'll probably going to include it in 1.03" , after yaz0r said that no :P

PS2: the thread wasn't made by yaz0r.

but i hope they include it so we can keep a save
from the few games that go ingame
and don't have to start a new game everytime we want to "see" not play a game

I know they were implemented, but I was trying to save the suprise until someone released it. But meh, it's still nice. They work, as I've only seen saving errors in one game as of now: Sonic Heroes.

Ok, sorry, i was wrong, but your post then why does it says tho the another that he's alucinating? Because you said that because of the memory cards he's... so i don't get the point your post was really contradictory(first said that no and then yes) but ok... so we all get the point so DONE ;P.

Thanks dude. Most people (me included) come back to these forums looking for new posts, and hope for some news. It's a real drag when you find out that EVERY new post is the same person making pointless comments. And reviving old threads is also against forum rules. I'm sure this has urked more people than just us. I just couldn't sit by and watch it anymore, I had to say something, but notice the reply I got when I did. :P Oh well, hopefully a mod/admin can talk to him about this. Where's Trotterwatch when you need him....? :)

Revival of posts is very annoying, especially if no new content is added or the original question is answered. It's counter-productive if there is a genuine thread that gets pushed down because of this. We have a fairly large board, but this stuff does not go unnoticed.

I did notice that DOGG, and I do appreciate any backing I can get. I know this has to be VERY annoying to alot of people. Hey, look, we got Clements in here. That'll work. Just kidding Clements.
