Does Project64 contain spyware?

I got a lot of spyware (not directly) after I downloaded Pj64 1.6, does spyware live in Pj64? It might have been another program, but my suspisions lie on Pj64. Any answers would help thanks.

As long as you downloaded it from an official site than I can say 100% PJ64 contains no spyware. We are not responsible for any packages you download from external unaffilliated sites (just in case you picked it up from one of the emulation sites known for infecting its downloads with adaware).

I got it from http://www.pj64.net/ that's the official site right? Other than that I love it. Zelda Ocarina of time brings back good memorys :happy: (Am I allowed to say that?)

well thats good because the official package carries no spy/ad-ware. and yes you can say: Zelda Ocarina of time brings back good memorys

I am preety sure there is no spyware on PJ64 from CLICK Avast! didn't found anything.

i dont think pj64 has any spyware but it does ask to go online as my firewall blocks it from going online.
