I open the emulater and it says...

Chankcast_alpha_25.exe - Entry Point Not Found
(X) The procedure entry point DdEntry10 could not be located in the dynamic link library DDREAW.dll.


What do I do?

Hi, I searched through google and found something that might work. It seems to happen too with all kinds of games that uses the d3d9.dll. I have never seen this problem anywhere until now myself. What you should do is copy the d3d9.dll from your c:\windows\system32 directory to your Chankast directory. To be safe make a backup of your d3d9.dll first.

Another sollution was updating to directx 9c. You said you had the latest version so that couldn't be the problem, I think.

And the usual of keeping all your drivers up-to-date. You can try that too if you haven't got the newest drivers. But if this error is caused by your driver you must be running a very old graphics card or very old drivers. I don't think that it's a driver problem since this error is a directx component.

I hope this works. Let me know if it didn't work.

I got it to work but the graphics are all messed up and the emu wont read my sonic adv cd.

how do i update my drivers?
