Very big problem with dolphin

Yesterday I re-instal my windows and then when i turn dolphin it doesn't work!!!And when i go to cinfigure plugins it says:

"This application has failed to start becouse d3d9.dll was not found.Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

How to fix this!!!

Install the latest Direct-X version from either windows update or microsoft.com

after installing direct x and the emulator still doesn't work try downloadin it again from the dolphin website and then run it

I think no solution to all problems. Dolphin is only a baby, so wait for it until it grow up.
