Meaningless (to me) mario tennis error rubbish. please help.

download rom (the (E) and (!) version), run rom, get error, error says:

Unhandled R4300i OpCode at 80031000
daddi r0,r0, 0*0

if it could be something to do with my hardware specs tell me and i'll post them. thanks for any help:)

try the (U)(!) version. and which rom did you download?
