YES. There is a plug-in.

This one supports 255 stage analoge buttons for the sliders at the back of the Dreamcast pad. If like me you are using an XBox pad (much better than floppy stupid mushrooms on the PSX pad), then you can use the sliders just as they should be.

MSR it works perfectly for example as you accelerate/brake analoge so its waaay better than on/off like the crappy playstation pad. If you dont have analoge, no worries. It works either way. Digital or analoge.

GOD I HATE THE PLAYSTATION PAD. The sticks have NO feedback or resistance they just flop around. As for the sad excuse for analoge buttons HAA i wont even get started on that!...

Just a note: the XBOX pad feels like you're holding a double quarter pound hamburger with all the fixings.
