Sorry for another question, Im kinda trying to figure my way back into this emulation thing, Ive not done it in months.

The "high system requirements" does speak for itself. Note that this ini has been written a few years ago, so you will not get much slowdown with a decent nowdays cpu (more than 1,2 ghz should be enough).

The missing lens effects can be fixed with other plugins (as far as I followed the scene, TR64 opengl and Glide64 can fix it)
