Hey guys, I downloaded the 1964 EMU, and the Rice Pack which has the No Sound, N-Rage Direct Input8 V2 1.80a input plugin, and the Rice's Daedalus 5.6.0 video plugin.

But everytime I open the emulator, a message comes up saying failed to load video plugin C/Program Files/.....Rice's Daedalus 5.2.0, and failed to load input plugin C/Program Files/......Rice's Daeldalus 5.2.0. Why is that, and how can I get it to work?

Please help on this!

Thanks.

YOu just have to change the Input and Video Plugin, close the emu and you're ready to go!

You may want to upgrade to Rice 6.1.0c. (5.6.0 is kind of old) Look at the sticky thread at the top of the forum.

ive got a problem with ninteen64 here. every time i try to load a game, this happens:

i only have 1964 so i can play SSB with high-res textures, so if i cant play it at all, then theres no point on sticking with it...

i know pj64 can dump and load high res textures too, nemu64 probably can too.

C0bra, try using a different audio plugin. I got the same error until I switched to Schibo's.

damn... it is on schibo, but now i know what the problem is. my soundcard broke a couple months ago, havent gotten a new one yet. thats probably it. is there any way to bypass even using sound or audio plug-ins or anything?

I think this is all you need for no sound...

all right that works but now it says the controllers not plugged in, even after i configured it...

nvm, it just froze or something, now it works. however, i did come across another problem, even with those two fixed. when i go under the texture filters tab so i can dump some high-res textures, it says 'Advanced Options are not allowed to be changed.' and i have the Rice Video plugin thing installed and its being used...

C0bra, disable 'Hide Advanced Options' on the 'General Options' tab of the graphics plugin.

well, i seem to be running into more problems now. every once in awhile, it comes up with the error i showed. i check and its always on no sound. i really dont get this... sometimes it work, most of the time it doesnt.

and whenever i try to upgrade to beta 5 of 6.1.1, it comes up with the error and i cant seem to fix it.
