i downloaded it and only got one file named ricevideo 6.1c

when i download it i get one file no instructions and when i click on it it sais its not a valid windows32 aplication

put the .dll file into the plugins directory.

The download is actually a .rar file. That is a compressed file and you will have to install a rar compatible unpack program to open it and to unpack the actual files.

unpack programs are izarc, winrar, ...
