Wheres the 'General' post section?

I know that this is an Emulation forum, but you've developed a decent community here and it would be nice if there was a place to post, say, "I'm making a SNES website and I need some suggestions", for example... or like things that don't fit with the other sections very well. Dunno, just a suggestion.

By the way, do you guys get into trouble if you allow people to post where to get ROM's? Sorry if its in your 'Guideline for posting' thing, I'm tye's little bro and I haven't read it yet.

YES! Asking where to get roms or hand out sites where to get them is against the rules. I think that is quite obvious in the rules.
As for your suggestion, there is general emu section and talk of town.
