Well i was just pondering on the subject yesterday and figured it might not be too "hard" in theory. Using your own version of PSUL or just a re-configured version to check for the proccess runs on the emulator instead of the gamecube.
Only problem is you would either have to use an adaptation of such tools like WarpPipe where you connect to someone who is hosting. Or use an online server running a tool checking for you requesting to join.
In short -
One machine hosts making it possible SLOWWWWWWWWWWW
OR
Someone opts to start a server, costing money, which could be paid for by massive ammounts of advertisements on the website, or donations.
But anyway, thats my 2 cents. Was just wondering if anyone else had the idea.

there is PSO for PC. and hacked servers too.
sounds like you want to play PSO gamecube on an emulator tho. i've never heard of an emu using a game's built-in online play stuff.
