The Dolphin v1.02 doesn't find any plugins. i have them in the plugins folder though. what should I do?

Men!!! This question was asked 100 times!!! USE SEARCH!!!! Install DirectX9.0c, download the Dll pack in dolphin site....and put the plugins in Dolphin folder!!! This is the last time that I gonna answer 2 times the same question in 2 minutes!!!!
