I downloaded a program that can emulate many games that weren't supposed to run on an FX card. Called, "GlideWrapper.exe" and it also supports PJ64, too. How do I use it with the emulator. Should I keep the glide3x.dll? I want to get it working so I can see how good it is, and if it's better than the evoodoo wrapper. Thanks!

------------------------------------------
6. Can I use Glide64 with a glide wrapper?
------------------------------------------
There are now 2 Glide3x wrappers.
First wrapper is called eVoodoo.
The eVoodoo site is: http://evoodoo.emulation64.com/
Please note that this wrapper is significantly slower than glide and causes
problems that are not otherwise there, so do NOT tell me about ANY graphics
problems while using this wrapper. Also, I take no part in the development of
this wrapper.
Second wrapper has no own name yet. It's designed by Hacktarux, so it's called as
Hacktarux's glide wrapper. This wrapper works much better with Glide64, especially
on modern cards. It is included into this release, you can find it in the Wrapper folder.
If you have older cheap video card (e.g. GeForce2mx), you may have serious glithes
in W-buffer depth mode. In this case, use special Glide64.ini from Wrapper folder.
Glide3x is a completely different API than Glide2x, so using a Glide2x wrapper
(the ones that worked with UltraHLE) will not work.
Just place the Glide3x.dll in Emulator's folder (1964.exe , Project64.exe , etc )
for Zeckensack's wrapper:

and the lastest evoodoo can be found here:

Do I put Zeckensack's Wrapper 0.82 in the same directory as PJ64 to get it to work, with glide3x.dll? Or in my plugin folder? I can't tell if it's already in use w/PJ64. BTW, I already have another one called "GlideWrapper", should I delete that for Zeckensack's Wrapper?

It's easy man! :P
glide3x.dll in PJ64's directory to get it to work
(if u have another glide3x.dll, rename it or replace it)
PS: the three i've told you, are "Glide Wrappers". Use them carefully :D (once a time)

Also, I am confused with what to do with Glide64 and the eVoodoo wrapper, I have unzipped both, what do I do with them?

Well I'll answer here for you, Evoodoo will not work very well if at all with this version of Glide64, use the included wrapper.
