Can enyone please say me what games Dolphin emulate at %100??

Bust a Move 3000 / Super Puzzle Bobble All Stars. But even those aren't 100%, there's still flaws.

Kururin Squash and Pool Pardise are very good, too!
I've heard that Super Robot Taisen (Or something like that) should work great, too!

yep it does with good 30 fps for me :)
you can find some screens in the screenshot section. ;)

For the time being, i don't think that there's one that goes at 70fps all the time. The emulator can't run it at full speed, i'm sure that in the future it will.
