Ok Im kinda clueless with GC emulation but I have no Idea how to run the thing.

I have Zelda and I want it to play on the computer.

I have no idea what Emulator i need and have no Idea how to
get the game to play.

Fact still is, it's too slow to play on your comp, no matter what you try. If this is okay with you, then probably other will reply, because I really haven't used a gc emulator :P

Yep, you'll be waiting years before emulation of those consoles is anything like as advanced as N64 and Dreamcast emulators....

EDIT: To answer your original question, which I presume was about Wind Waker. IMO Dolphin is currently the "best" at emulating it, however take into account the following:

it only runs around 5fps ingame
has serious gfx glitches/flaws
and crashes at a certain point not far into the game - where you use the telescope IIRC
