you know, yes there is:it's called chankast.
What other systems do you think are emulated with those kinds of graphics. Soul Calibur is playable enough-the 2d glitches are nothing, and for the gallery just press alt enter twice. the small glitches on the arena cannot cause you too loose.

I've unlocked everything in the art gallery and all characters with chankast.

Bad question... ther's only ONE really working Dreamcast emu, so why he asked that? And if you mean, is there an hack, then you shouldn't know ET very well: we don't support hacks in any way!
