OK, this concpet seems simple to mostly everyone here, but I still don't quite get it so I'm just gonna go ahead and risk embarassing myself. :blush:
I understand to over/underclock your CPU, you press +/-, but whenever I do, I see no visible outcome. I've tried holding either + or - and rapidly tapping them, but the framerate remains unchanged and the number next to "CPU" is always at 100. Help? Thanks in advance.

make sure you are using the numpad.
