Well CS:Source looks amazing and we know from the first HL that the Valve guys at the very least know how to write a good story/plot. I think HL2 will be a smash myself.

I'm a bit peeved though that so many different release dates have come and gone and they decide to make us wait to the 16th of November. So pretty much they are showing that pre-paying and preloading a game via STEAM really makes no difference at all.

As long as they avoid the rather disappointing ending that the first game had, I'm betting this one will come out very nice indeed.
*Dutifully goes back to Worldcraft/Hammer to get back into practice. Mmm... Edity.*

PCGamer (US) gave it 98%, so I doubt it's bad. And the first ending wasn't terrible, and this game pics up pretty much immediately after the ending of the first one, with Gordon's first "assignment"...

I just thought it was a little short and abrupt. You fight your way out of Black Mesa and across Xen for... "You are hired". Kinda a let down.

The Radeon 9800 is even built-in to a PC on cs_office ! The CPU cooler sucks IMO , it seems to be something from Zalman...

$59 for this game? Yeah right....

I'll wait until the $30 rebates start to surface, usually they do after a few months or so with games like these. Besides, none of the good mods like NS will be out right away :P
