I'm trying to use the RAM chip found in an NES (not sure which model, it's a USA version) as SRAM in another project. I need to know the pinout of this chip and whether it can actually be used as SRAM (by connecting a battery to it). The chip is a Sony CXK5816PS-15L. (It would also help to know the pinout of the S LH5314B2, which is the ROM used in Super Mario Land for Gameboy, but it's not completely necessary.) Google doesn't seem to have any info on these, does anyone here?
