Can 64 emulators run on laptops, if so, what video card would work, preferably one that is $100 or less

Hell yea you can run N64 emulators on laptops. Just a standar videocard is ok on a laptop. =p

It's probably best to get one with ATI Radeon Mobile or nVidia Go video.

Uh.. there aren't any upgradable videocard laptops (besides Alienware's extremely overpriced ones).

If you mean a whole laptop for $100.. Haha. That's funny.

well, i didn't mean a whole laptop for $100, i thought they were upgradeable like my pc

You can upgrade a laptop, but you'd have to get it done professionally, and by the place where you bought the laptop. I know, because I was thinking of getting my old laptop upgraded, but I decided it was easier to just buy a new computer ^_^
