I'm making it obvious to you who don't visit the official glide64 board, that there is a known issues list there. This can be found here:

Before posting any issues, this list should be consulted. The faq may also cover some problems and how to solve them.

Are you using any wrapper, like eVoodoo or hack's wrapper? Or do you have a voodoo card?

Use Hack wrapper as it's quite better than evoodoo :)
