suggestion needed

i did a brief search, and did not find anything, so:
i am a total newbie to saturn emulation, and am currently interested in one single game, radiant silvergun.
since i suppose no emulator plays this game perfectly, what emulator would give the best performance? would advanced configuration be needed? what kind of a machine would be optimal to run saturn emulators?

Radiant Silvergun plays well on girigiri and it's various versions...Look around the web...You'll find what ya need...

Hey never forget Satourne 2003... it's a great piece of software and runs this game, too.
But you say you are a total newbie, so you have to know, that you still need a sega saturn bios to run these emus. Try these two suggestions, they should work.
