Well when the beta testing begins you will know because people will most lkely post screenshots but who know last i heard was that there was gonna be a beta testing stage for 1.0 while i was a betatester for 0.99,just wait and you will see what happens.

I read in the schibo and Rice interviews at Emutastic that they have made more progress since 0.9.9. So don't think that the project is dead or anything. :) http://emutastic.emulation64.com/interviews.htm
