perfect dark problem

I have a rom with the (!) so it should be good. Everytime i get to the end of the first level, the screen truns black after i accept the next mission and all i hear is the sound. Any help?

That's a common symptom, the game getting stuck randomly when loading a level. The only solution is to reload the ROM.
