Silent Scope Scope & FPS Limiter?

I know this has been reported many times before; however, I was just curious if anyone ever figured out exactly why the scope is messed up in Silent Scope. I'm sure as the emulation gets more accurate it will be fixed in the future.
Also does anyone agree that if the Chanka dev team manages to speed up emulation in future releases, that a FPS limiter (if implemented) would alleviate audio synch problems? The reason I ask is because on my system, the intro video to Soul Caiber finishes before the auido, due to the fact that the video races ahead - way above 60FPS. A FPS limiter would be great, however, until emulation is sped up would only really benefit people with fast machines. All should be able to take advantage of such a feature, within reason and not just people with top spec machines :icecream:
