start-rightclick my computer-properties-hardware-device manager-click on the plus sign next to display adapters-right click your video card and click properties-driver tab-driver details.

or click control panel-display -settings tab-advanced-the tab with your card.

Did you try running the emulator without a game, to see if you can access the bios menu?

Try finding the options in the menu to change the language to english if it's not, then access the memory card and clear it.

where do I put the file in?

 you don't have to put the file anywhere, you just have to execute it, and it will update your driver automatically... i hope you have at least downloaded v56.72 or +...

hey thx man it works! but how come the memory card dont work?

you have to boot one time to the bios (without cd inserted) and format the vmu card before using it...

you can also use vmsbrowser to import/export savegames (in .dci format)from here :
