rice video plug n

is there away to play rice video plugin on pj64 bcoz my little bro i going mad at me because i cant get it to work he wants to play wwf no mercy but no so many gliches. and i got told i would be able to use rice video plugin but an error keeps coming up any 1 help me plz

i am sorry if there has been a post on this already but i could not find 1
