Can't get VMSBrowser to work at all

I don't have the BIOS or game running just like it said, but everytime I click on the VMSBrowser menu I get this message (see image below). Then I clicked Yes and the emulator itself crashes. Any help here?

as it said, you can't use vms browser during chankast work, you have to make your changes before, or after... it's a tool to manage/import/export your savegames... nothing else...

Edit * and if you ask me, you should use the official chankast release, and the independant vms browser tool...
