I use the gc-tool and extract the game metroid prime. i open the emulator and i open the game with a part .dol. The game starts but then ( in 5 seconds) it crashes.

It's possible, but 99% of the commercial games opcodes aren't emulated yet and they are using the 3D system to play, that's why it crashed Bust-a-move can't boot either so just wait ;) .
