I'm really bad about understanding computers, so sorry if these questions are a bit dumb.

Ok all i want to do is get sehnmue 1 working, I have Chankast_02a fast boot plus bin hack and daemon tools which i have no idea what to do with.

I run Chankast with image.cdi is that the right image to mount or do i have to make a shenmue image file? I have a shenmue disc 1 torrent file

I also have PAL Bios called dc_bios and dc_flash, now when i run Chankast with shenmue in the CD drive i get a io control error I skipp the errors till it takes me to the DC screen, the one with the controller VMU and clock, I select the Controller(play) then get a black screen and get sent back to the begining with that dremcast swirly thing

so what do i do now? please dont send me a link to an FAQ ive read them all already

First mount the shenmue disk 1 image, mine is called

Shenmue1_cd1.cdi in daemon tools, then load chabkast .2a select graphics options and turn on use Alphatest Z write & Z write (Otherwise the graphics are screwed).

If you only have a torrent file of shenmue then no dice and no one will help you here.

You shenmue disk 1 cdi should be around 760 meg

how do i make my shnmue disc 1 into an image? i put the disk in and its only got readmes and text documents

i found a shenmue cdi in a shareware programe but i doesnt download, please there must be another way for me to get the image I have the shenmue CD's i just need to know what i need to use to get the image from it do i have to use disk jugguler?
