dreamcast+VMU+PC+serial cable help

i need help dumping my VMU saves to my PC
i dont have a dialup isp or a modem in my pc to hook my dc to the internet

ive tried dc-loader/tool but every command i send to it does NOTHING (except make the edges of the moniter that the dreamcast is using flash)

i came accrost vmu tool but i dont know how to get it to see the computer

get the program called VMU tool and send it over the serial cable to your DC. it will allow you to dump VMU files to your cwd on your pc.
