DK64 crashed in Frantic Factory. Not knowing this, when it froze, I made a PJ64 save state. I went to load it and whenever I load it, the game freezes. Is this a known bug? I hate to lose everything since I last saved, since I depend heavily on save states as opposed to the battery backed save.

a save state is something that save the current state of the loaded rom, so when you save when it's frozen, so when you'll load the state, when it's frozen... don't ask yourself why....

I was just wondering what would make it (the game)freeze at that point, after I freed Chunky.

Edit: I am going to have to start all over again from the beginning cause the EEPRom will not load now, so I have no save spots within the battery for the game.
