Does Chankast support CD-DA Audio in games?

I am running my games mainly in virtual drives, but games with CD-DA tracks doesn't have music, i can play these tracks with winamp or other players directly from virtual drive.

Is this normal or do i have something missconfigured in my virtual drive or windows?
