Is there any way that you can make another version that does not need sse

my computer does not support sse (amd) and im sure that tons of other people have to same problem so i was just wondering if there is any way that you could make another version

They will not do this any time soon because that will slow down emulation speeds. It takes use of SSE to boost the Emu's FPS. And i think the rules stated no requests... But i cant see the RULES topic in the sticky anymore?
