Where is bios>file options?

How do I get the bios options to format my VMU file?

you just boot the emu up without game and go into the memcard options.

When I load the emulator there is only options and help. I see no bios and memory options

choose to delete all the files in the memory card,then the card would be formatted.

you mean, omg, press options the init and then.....did you ever had a dreamcast, you would know what to do if you did.

To get to bios you just press init while having NO CDROM (or image mounted) into your drive. The emulator will get to the bios.
