zelda: majoras mask...screen is cut off

i was having problems with the "Executing in non-mapped space", or something along those lines. so i downloaded pj64 again and now the screen is cut off. for example, i can only see the top half of the clock and any maps and the top looks elongated. HELP!!!

There are several fixes for this, either download Smiff's latest rdb http://smiff.clara.net or you can check out the post I made (the sticky one with PAL resolution problem.
