make games selfboot without burning?

i posted this topic a minute ago but it didnt seem to be sent, so apologies if it turns up somewhere else.

Q: is it possible to make dreamcast roms selfbootable without burning them to cd, eg. using Alcohol or Daemon tools?

Q: if so how?

They're GAMES not Apps, Not Purple Flying Jelly-Filled Dildos and certainly not ROMs (in the MAME/Arcade sense anyway - until Noami1/2/Hikaru/AtomisWave emulation is working)

Sure they come on GD ROM and CD ROM but they are GAMES!!!

It's horrible that all these great games have slopped into the word ROM.
